Bde365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• In cases where a member requests self-exclusion.

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and the account was not closed due to a rule violation, the remaining funds will be refunded. If closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

For inactive accounts, an inactivity fee of BDT 100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted each month after 12 months of inactivity.
